Since I was out of town again over the weekend, I don't have any posts prepared for this week. Things should be back to normal next week if all goes well, though (although I might start posting about more old stuff since I haven't been all that psyched about much new music lately). If anyone has any requests for additional re-posts of old write-ups like the Negative Male Child that you might've missed the first time around, let me know.
And on a somewhat random note, while out of town I noticed that the carpet in my hotel room had a little "holy terror" motif goin' on, which I thought was quite hilarious:

There is a joke about everlasting presence of Putin in Russia:
In the most far east part of Russia some fisherman get lost and get stuck in the middle of nowhere. After one week the rescue team found him and threw him a package containing: tv, radio, newspaper and food cans. Also they leave him a message telling him that the rescue team will come to him in one week.
After one week the rescue team came to him and as soon as he saw them he started begging for food.
“But we threw you a can. Why didn’t you eat?”
“When I turned on tv there was Putin, when I turned on radio there was Putin, when I wanted to read a newspaper there was Putin. So I was afraid to open the can.”
